Our therapists are fully qualified and accredited members of their professional body. In addition, all staff members have current Police Clearances and hold valid First Aid Certificates.
Having worked with thousands of children and their families since 1998, we now fully appreciate one thing: To successfully - and repeatedly - keep our promise to deliver the highest quality, centre-based, multi-disciplinary Paediatric care, we must have a market-driven business management system that is profitable, scalable and sustainable. As a result, the Kid Sense Business Management System is fully integrated with a state-of-the-art, purpose built child development centre, both of which have been designed to support our highly qualified clinical team to excel at what they do best - helping children develop skills to unlock their true potential.
At Kid Sense, the quality of client care is no longer the sole responsibility of our team of treating therapists: the clinical team is supported by a professional, efficient and systems-driven operations team, with both teams working in integrated and unified manner to deliver a superior guest experience and positive, enjoyable outcomes for both parents and children.
To help us on our way, we have documented the Clinical and Operational Systems & Procedures that we have developed over the years to manage our business and ensure our customers’ requirements are consistently met, each and every time.
We are currently working towards achieving ISO 9000 Accreditation for the Kid Sense Business Management System from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). At the same time, we are seeking certification to the International Customer Service Standard, an approved standard of the International Standards Accreditation Board (ISAB).
