As a result of our endeavours, the Kid Sense team is delighted and honoured to have been recognised as a South Australian Finalist in the Telstra Business Awards in 2007 and 2008. We are also very proud that our Founder & Clinical Director, Joanna Buttfield, was a Finalist in the Telstra Women in Business Awards for Innovation in 2007 & 2008.
As Kid Sense enters the next stage of its development as a business, we will seek to build on our reputation for successfully finding solutions to the developmental challenges that children and their carers experience. In addition, we will continue to seek out new and innovative ways to improve the quality and delivery of our service by being more efficient and effective in everything we do. 
We are also very conscious of our environment, making as many changes as we can to our operations to reduce waste and become as 'Green' as possible. In October 2007, Kid Sense became the first private Paediatric service provider in Australia to become Climate Neutral, offsetting 30 tonnes of greenhouse emissions in our first year. Since then we have implemented other initiatives to ensure we are continuing to play our part in caring for our environment.
